When will the questions be answered? When will Zolon Zeh and the trustees face the facts? Whatever happened to "dealing with reality" and "paying attention to the details"?

A follower of this website who read the letter we posted threatening legal action emailed us letters that had been sent and received from GAC. This former member of GAC felt that there was no financial accountability to the congregation regarding the alleged use of money to cover up the sex scandals that had surfaced.
After receiving the response letter, this person (who asked to remain unnamed) sent a second letter to the trustees asking direct questions about the sexual allegations involving Zolon Zeh. This letter received no response.
These letters reflect the constant avoidance that has been the trend since these allegations surfaced.
Since the creation of this website, Zolon Zeh and the trustees of his Gospel Assembly Churches retained lawyers in preparation for legal action against this site. We can't help but wonder why Zolon Zeh and the trustees have not yet taken the legal action threatened in the letter. Is it because a lawsuit would result in depositions, which in turn would bring the unquestionable truth out into the open?
